We’re hiring an Account Executive to drive new business across North America for a Canadian-owned, Toronto-based digital and technology consulting firm. What You’ll Do

As Account Executive, you’ll lead the full sales process—from identifying prospects to closing deals—while collaborating with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and grow a pipeline of net new clients across North America
     

  • Lead consultative sales conversations with executives and decision-makers
     

  • Identify and pitch opportunities around UI/UX, development, SEO, infrastructure, and AI transformation
     

  • Align client goals with internal delivery capabilities
     

  • Track market trends and share insights to inform sales strategy and solution development
     

  • Participate in sales reporting, pipeline reviews, and collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in consulting, digital services, or technology
     

  • Experience driving new business and managing complex sales cycles
     

  • Familiarity with digital transformation topics like user experience, SEO, app/web development, or AI integration
