Requirements:
  • Program Manager with Prior MS experience
  • He/She - needs to know about data and what schemas are not a totally technical person but someone who has the data fundaments but not overly technical just needs to recognize the content and what it means
  • Brings experience in collecting random information synthesizing it (not responsible for creating content but directing to individual contributors who are responsible for that specific area)
  • Has some design, layout experience. Creating the content framework and layout
  • They need to be able to work in an ambiguous environment
