The role
As a Technical Support Specialist in a fast-growing iPaaS company, you will be supporting and troubleshooting integrations across HR, payroll, and business systems. You'll work with APIs, data, and real production environments - not traditional IT support. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys offering outstanding customer support and has coding and API experience.
