At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Program Manager to join our team in Burgaw, NC at Henry's House, our new Respite home for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Your Role in Our Mission
As the Program Manager you would oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring high-quality supports that promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement. This role provides direct supervision to direct care staff, ensures compliance with state, federal, and agency standards, and supports the development and implementation of individualized service plans. The Program Manager is responsible for the marketing, developing, planning and implementing of services and supports provided in assigned area.

Work Schedule: Full-time, salaried position. Monday-Friday with rotating on-call responsibilities on the weekends
