At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time ICS Program Manager to guide the appropriate support services for our clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes in New Bern, North Carolina and surrounding areas There is regular travel involved in the position from New Bern to Jacksonville to support the needs of both programs.
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, development, implementation, and operational management of assigned ICS programs. This position ensures high-quality, person-centered service delivery; regulatory compliance; fiscal oversight; and effective supervision of staff in accordance with Easterseals PORT Health policies, values, and strategic objectives.

Work Schedule: Full-time, salaried position. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree from a college or university accredited by an entity approved by USDOE or CHEA
  • Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional;
  • Have a valid North Carolina driver's license, good driving record and insurability is required.
  • Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.
