- Experience facilitating executive reviews and steering committee discussions.
- Experience with portfolio management and governance frameworks preferred.
- Experience working in hospitality, travel, or vacation ownership industries preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive execution across technology, business, and external partner teams.
- Monitor program performance and ensure milestones, budgets, and quality targets are achieved.
- Provide proactive issue resolution and risk management.
- Serve as Scrum Manager or Scrum Master for Agile teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement practices.
- Remove impediments and maintain team productivity and efficiency.
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and align with business goals.
- Promote transparency using Agile tools and reporting dashboards.
- Develop business cases including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and risk assessments.
- Translate business requirements into actionable program roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Support portfolio planning and prioritization activities.
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Facilitate executive reviews, steering committees, and decision-making forums.
- Build strong relationships across business units, IT teams, and leadership groups.
- Mentor team members on Agile and program management best practices.
Should Have:
- PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, CSM, or SAFe certification.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira.
