Accounts Payable Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid Schedule)
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000

About the Role:
We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our growing team. This role offers a hybrid schedule, advancement potential, and a positive work culture that values collaboration and recognition. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments while contributing to process improvements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain vendor records and manage new vendor setups
  • Match purchase orders and invoices to receipts
  • Process non-PO invoices and assign GL accounts after approvals
  • Validate pricing and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Enter invoices into the system accurately and on time
  • Reconcile monthly statements and research variances
  • Select and process invoices for payment
  • Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
