Business Development Manager at BairesDev As a Business Development Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of high-level Fellows—senior executives and industry leaders (CTOs). Your goal is to convert these elite partnerships into a consistent stream of Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs) through meticulous relationship building and process execution. This is your opportunity to work with C-level executives, shape strategic partnerships, and directly impact revenue growth while building a network at the highest levels of the tech industry.
What You'll Do: Act as the dedicated point of contact for Fellows, ensuring they remain engaged, informed, and motivated. Provide Fellows with the necessary training, collateral, and pitch support to make high-quality introductions. Manage lead goals through rigorous time management and data-driven tracking, preparing regular reports on partner activity, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
Qualify opportunities and transition them into the sales pipeline. Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, proposing and implementing changes to the Fellows program to increase efficiency and lead volume. What we are looking for: 5+ years of experience in Business Development.
