Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is looking to bring a motivated medical receptionist onto our team!
As Care Coordinator II, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients are well served and enjoy a long-term relationship with our practice. You will act as a liaison between the Revenue Cycle Center and the patients in our practice. The target is to work with our patients to ensure that they receive the treatment they need.
Responsibilities
  • Generate estimated patient financial responsibility
  • Converse with patients regarding coverage and benefits
  • Collect initial patient portion of finance responsibility
  • Maintain discretion regarding patient health information
  • Schedule treatments
  • Coordinate patient care
  • Properly route patient inquiries
  • Reconcile collections
  • Ensure administrative data collection accuracy
