RoleOverview
The HR Data Analyst performs handson workforce analytics and produces dashboards and reports to support HR and leadership decisionmaking. This role conducts recurring and adhoc analysis across core HR metrics, with a strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and governance. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate insights through clear, reliable reporting.

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected base salary range will be between $80,000-$90,000. This position is eligible for additional compensation.
