Title: Workers’ Compensation Attorney

Location: Hybrid (Must reside in California)

Employment Type: Full-time, W-2

Reports To: Managing Partner

We publish the highly respected Sullivan on Comp legal treatise and conduct live training seminars and webinars. The firm develops lasting relationships with clients through superior legal services at significant value, and has grown rapidly since its inception in 1996.

We are seeking a forward-thinking Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. Our work environment is hybrid with some travel required for appearances, hearings, depositions, and mandatory office meetings. Our Attorneys manage the legal defense of Workers' Compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
