Responsibilities:
  • Show vehicles to guests, using your product knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Answer calls, set up appointments, and help customers with their purchases.
  • Reply quickly to online questions from customers.
  • Gather customer information for your manager, following company guidelines.
  • Explain any service needs and provide support after the sale.
  • Help customers with their purchases and explain financing or leasing options.
  • Follow up with interested buyers and invite them to visit the dealership.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Basic computer literacy is required.
