Job description

Ariana Motors is looking for a motivated, friendly, and professional Used Car Sales Representative to join our team in Temecula. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong communication skills, and is motivated to earn based on performance.

Position: Used Car Sales Representative

Location: Temecula, CA
Employment Type: Part time to full time 
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, with scheduled days off
Compensation: Competitive commission-based pay 

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

  • Help customers select vehicles based on their needs and budget

  • Answer questions about vehicle features, pricing, financing, warranties, and trade-ins

  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

  • Follow up with internet, phone, and walk-in customers

  • Respond to leads and schedule customer appointments

  • Assist customers with financing applications and the purchasing process

  • Appraise and obtain information on customer trade-ins

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records

  • Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat and referral business

  • Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized sales environment

  • Work with the sales team and management to complete vehicle sales from start to finish

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required

  • Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

  • Comfortable using computers, smartphones, email, and online systems

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers in person, by phone, and through text

  • Valid California driver's license and a good driving record

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and motivated to succeed
