Virtual learning technology refers to the digital tools and platforms used to facilitate education remotely, often over the internet. This includes learning management systems, video conferencing software, interactive courseware, and other online resources that support teaching and learning outside of traditional classrooms. These technologies enable students and teachers to communicate, collaborate, and access educational materials from anywhere. Virtual learning technology is essential for online courses, blended learning environments, and distance education programs.

  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles, blended learning, microlearning, practice, reinforcement, and application-based methodologies
  • Build scalable programs across sales onboarding, methodology and selling skills, product knowledge, sales leadership development, and ongoing seller professional development
  • Develop high-quality learning assets, including facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, practice activities, and reinforcement plans
  • Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously, including project plans, timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and communications
  • Facilitate in-person, instructor-led and virtual learning sessions
  • Partner with sales managers to embed learning into ongoing coaching and performance management
  • Define success metrics and evaluate learning effectiveness through participation, knowledge/skill application, behavioral change and business impact
  • Use learner and stakeholder feedback, performance data, and program results to continuously improve programs
  • Coordinate external learning partners and vendors as needed
  • Help establish scalable, consistent learning programming, standards, processes, templates, and governance across the Sales organization
What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning and development, instructional design, talent development, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience owning learning programs from strategy/design through implementation and evaluation
  • Deep knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, with experience creating blended learning journeys using a variety of modalities
  • Experience supporting SaaS sales organizations and building programs that strengthen seller capability and performance; Sandler Sales methodology certification is strongly preferred
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the executive presence and business judgment to partner effectively
  • Experience using learning technology, LMS, and virtual learning platforms
  • Culture Agility.Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through
  • AI Readiness.Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes
  • Fuel performance and outcomes. Leverage your job competencies and champion NAVEX’s core values
