Reporting To: Regional VP, Sales Financial & Fintech Markets
Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 / year
Description
The Director, Alliances - Financial Markets - is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic fintech and financial institution partnerships to drive revenue growth and strengthen Glory's market position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic, technical partnerships with key fintech companies specific to integrations that allow Glory to maximize our selling efforts
  • Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
  • Ensure fintech partners integrate and promote solutions effectively
  • Manage partner success metrics and processes
  • Function as liaison between partners and internal teams
  • Support integration planning and execution
  • Serve as senior relationship escalation point to address hardware integration challenges
  • Align goals with the Director, Product Solutions Management FI, and Technical Engineers.
  • Create and implement business processes on testing hardware and unreleased software, building out GTM for middleware, and advocating for Glory's device controller
  • Oversee sales pipeline, aligning Glory teams with each fintech, with the goal to maximize sales and reach

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level:
• BA or BS degree in IT, Business, or related field
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in the IT environment including but not limited to 2+ years experience developing integrations within the financial market.
  • Must be organized, motivated and possess the ability to manage multiple projects to achieve commitment and results.
  • Experience and understanding of financial information technology (IT) platforms.
  • Exceptional business writing and communication skills.
