Used Car building is a standalone dealership with its own lot, service bays and sales building!

STRONG Traffic management.

*****Not afraid to call every lead, phone opportunity and floor traffic to make it happen!! **EVERY DAY **

Demand and create 15 appointments every day.

Lead the team by growing, developing, teaching with positive professional pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the used vehicle department, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and success.
  • Manage used vehicle inventory, pricing, appraisals, and vehicle acquisition through trades, direct purchases, and auctions.
  • Analyze local market trends and develop stocking strategies that maximize inventory turn and profitability.
  • Drive showroom and online traffic while increasing trade-ins and vehicle acquisitions.
  • Partner with the Sales, Service, and Parts departments to improve reconditioning efficiency and inventory readiness.
  • Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and department goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and continuously identify opportunities to improve sales, gross profit, inventory performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while effectively resolving customer concerns and escalations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Used Car Manager required.
  • Strong appraisal, inventory management, negotiation, and merchandising skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, increase profitability, and lead a successful team.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
