About the Team

As a Technical University Recruiter on the software recruiting team, you will partner with engineering leadership to source, recruit, and close top engineering talent from universities around the world. You will lead engagement with universities to deliver strategic programs to support technical recruiting efforts. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and you will be essential to our continued growth!

What You'll Do
  • Handle full cycle recruiting for entry level full time hires and interns year round
  • Build relationships with target universities across the U.S. and internationally 
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to find and engage top engineering talent 
  • Create, plan, and execute branding and recruitment events 
  • Manage year round intern programs 
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership
  • Ability to travel up to 30% during peak season and work flexible hours
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience of university recruiting for a high growth company in technical recruiting
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of reqs 
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate and excel in a fast paced startup environment 
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking skills
  • In person in San Mateo, CA
