  • Represent CHAOS Industries at career fairs, campus events, technical competitions, networking events, and information sessions
  • Develop creative approaches to engage top student talent and share what makes CHAOS Industries a unique place to build a career
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for intern, co-op, and university hiring programs, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance
  • Build and nurture talent communities that keep students engaged with CHAOS Industries throughout their academic journey
  • Help create an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our mission, values, and culture
  • Track recruiting performance, analyze hiring trends, and use data to continuously improve our programs and outcomes
  • Partner with the broader recruiting team to strengthen our employer brand and expand awareness of CHAOS Industries across key campuses

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and recruiting cycles
  • Strong communication skills and confidence representing an organization externally
  • A data-driven approach to recruiting and program improvement
  • Willingness to travel seasonally for campus recruiting events and conferences

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, software, hardware, manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, AI, autonomy, or defense-related organizations
  • Existing relationships with top engineering schools, student organizations, or university programs
  • Experience building university recruiting programs, employer branding initiatives, or campus engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with security clearance requirements or the defense technology ecosystem
  • Experience working in startup environments where resourcefulness and creativity matter

Why CHAOS?
  • Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefits 100% paid for by the company
  • Additional benefits: 401k (+ 50% company match up to 6% of pay), FSA, HSA, life insurance, and more

  • Compensation Components: Competitive base salaries, generous pre-IPO stock option grants, relocation assistance, and (coming soon!) annual bonuses
  • Team Growth: 250 employees and counting across 5 global offices
