Job description

At Wizards AI in Central Technology, we build high-value, scalable solutions that enable our game teams to build better development tools and new experiences. AI is a new frontier of development, and we are passionate about using responsible AI to provide useful tools and processes for our partners while ensuring human creativity is protected. We are looking for a versatile and dedicated Senior AI Developer who focuses on delivering end to end agentic architectures and trained models for our game partners to use as tools and for our game partners to use as internal development tools. In this role, you will be working with a team to develop solutions in a collaborative and creative environment with partner teams and helping to grow our capabilities in AI technologies.

What You'll Do:
  • Work with internal teams to implement AI technologies in our tools and products
  • Develop AI techniques to create best in class solutions for our partners
  • Advocate for responsible and ethical AI, working closely with teams to build positive and safe systems for usage across our products
What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years developing and deploying production scale AI solutions; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, chaining, and agent-based workflows for large language models.
  • Conceptual understanding of how language models are trained and fine-tuned.
  • Knowledge of major advancements in AI and able to learn new methods from research papers or documentation to apply to our work.
  • Proficiency with one or more of Python, Typescript, databases with vector search like Neo4j and MongoDB, deploying to cloud architectures, and testing frameworks like DeepEval
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock or SageMaker AI,
  • Graduate level experience in deep learning.
  • Background in AI safety, responsible AI, or similar fields (e.g. constitutional AI, model interpretability, etc.).
  • Experience with game AI and/or reinforcement learning.
