Job description

We are seeking a International Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across key global markets, supporting a multi-brand, and global QSR organization. This role focuses on attracting and hiring top talent across global corporate and support center functions. The Senior Recruiter will leverage deep knowledge of international talent markets, local hiring practices, and global recruiting strategies to deliver high-quality, diverse talent aligned to business priorities.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across global support center roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on talent landscapes, compensation trends, and recruiting practices in India, Colombia, Singapore, and the UAE.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies aligned to business growth across multiple brands.
  • Build diverse and qualified candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, referrals, talent communities, and regional network engagement.
  • Support global employer branding initiative by tailoring messaging and candidate engagement strategies to local markets while maintaining a consistent company brand.
  • Ensure a seamless, efficient, and positive candidate and hiring manager experience by maintaining strong communication, clear expectations, and consistent processes.
  • Ensure adherence to local employment laws, hiring regulations, and company policies across all international recruiting activities.

Education and Experience Qualifications:
  • Minimum: 5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, or a related field, including experience supporting international hiring efforts and navigating global talent markets. Proven track record of driving hiring results and improving processes.
  • Preferred: 7+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, People Operations, Recruiting Operations, or a related field, with strong exposure to international recruiting, cross-border hiring, and working with global stakeholders.

Required Knowledge, Skills or Abilities:
  • Knowledge of global talent acquisition practices across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of regional employment practices and labor laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to balance recruiter execution and process improvement work.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into actionable insights,
  • Comfort working with recruiting and collaboration tools such as Workday, Microsoft Teams, spreadsheets, workflow tools, or similar systems.
