O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Real Estate Company to find their next Transaction Coordinator. This position is a full-time, regular role located in Redding, CA.
The ideal candidate will have prior transaction coordinating experience within the real estate industry, hold an active California Real Estate License, and be highly organized with strong attention to detail. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple transactions at once, communicating with clients and agents, and ensuring deadlines are met throughout the closing process.
Transaction Coordinator Compensation:
โข $25 - $30 an hour

Transaction Coordinator Qualifications:
โข Active California Real Estate License required
โข Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator or similar real estate role
โข Strong understanding of real estate transactions and contracts
โข Excellent organizational and time management skills
โข Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
โข Strong communication and customer service skills
โข Proficiency with Microsoft Office and real estate software platforms
Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities:
โข Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
โข Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
โข Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, escrow, and title companies
โข Track deadlines, contingencies, and closing timelines
โข Maintain organized transaction files and records
โข Communicate updates and status reports throughout the transaction process
โข Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed
