Job description

Mortgage Transaction Coordinator, Sales & Administrative Assistant 

We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Transaction Coordinator, Sales & Administrative Assistant to join our commercial real estate mortgage team.
This role is built for someone who thrives on client interaction, follow-up, identifying good opportunities, and turning them into funded loans.
Compensation:

  • $60,000 to $85,000+ 
  • Attractive base salary + performance-based incentives (not a commission-only driven position)
Location:

  • Irvine, CA (in-office)
What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to inbound calls and leads quickly
  • Pre-qualify properties and borrowers
  • Collect documents and information 
  • Manage waves of high-volume of loan inquiries 
  • Follow up consistently to move deals forward
  • Support other team members 
  • Other administrative support
What We’re Looking For:

  • Mortgage lending experience 
    • Some multifamily (5+ units) and/or commercial mortgage processing experience highly desired
    • Consideration may be given to individuals with strong baseline of residential processing and/or pre-underwriting experience who demonstrate a combination of desire, ability and tenacity to learn
  • Strong phone presence and follow-up skills
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing CRM systems and using Excel and other Microsoft office software 
  • Ability to multi-task & wear multiple hats
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
