Description
We're looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator who understands investor transactions, assignments, novations, and working with title companies.
A plus to this role is someone with hands-on experience assisting with heirship and probate-related transactions, including working with title companies, heirs, and attorneys to help clear title issues and move files to closing. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating sensitive family situations, gathering required documentation, and keeping all parties aligned throughout the process.
This is a part-time, remote role with flexible hours, but you must be highly responsive during business hours and able to keep deals moving without delays. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and genuinely enjoy working with people-especially in situations that require patience, clarity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
• Open escrow with title companies and submit complete contract packages
• Manage files from contract to close (assignments, double closes, novations)
• Communicate with title, buyers, sellers, and the internal team
• Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and signed
• Track key dates (option period, closing date, earnest money, etc.)
• Clear title issues proactively with the help of the title (probate, liens, payoff delays, etc.)
• Coordinate closing timelines and ensure smooth funding
• Update CRM (ReSimpli preferred) with notes and status
• Prevent deal fallout by staying ahead of issues
Qualifications
• Transaction Coordination experience (investor/wholesale deals REQUIRED)
• Texas transaction experience preferred
Strong Understanding Of:
• Assignments of contract
• Double closings
• Title company processes
• Investor timelines and expectations
Skills:
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple files at once
• Experience with ReSimpli or a similar CRM is a plus
