Job description

About IntusCare
IntusCare is the only end-to-end ecosystem built specifically to help Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) programs deliver exceptional care, strengthen financial performance, and stay compliant. IntusCare replaces outdated technology and manual workarounds with purpose-built solutions for care coordination, risk adjustment, population health, and utilization management. IntusCare empowers teams to take control of their operations and improve outcomes for dual-eligible seniors - some of the most socially vulnerable and clinically complex individuals in the U.S. healthcare system
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Training Consultant to join our Training & Client Delivery team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to IntusCare clients during implementation, go-live, and ongoing adoption phases. The Training Consultant ensures that users understand how to effectively navigate and apply IntusCare products (CareHub, IRIS, analytics tools, etc.) within their daily workflows.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, strong facilitator, and comfortable translating complex processes into clear, engaging instruction. This role is foundational to creating a positive client experience and supporting successful adoption of IntusCare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Facilitation
  • Deliver end-user and superuser training across IntusCare's product suite, both virtually and onsite.
  • Conduct training sessions that are clear, engaging, and tailored to each client's workflows and operational needs.
  • Support clients during go-live weeks, providing hands-on assistance and reinforcing best practices.
  • Prepare training materials, agendas, demonstrations, and scenarios to ensure effective sessions.

Client Engagement & Support
  • Serve as a trusted training resource to clients throughout their implementation journey.
  • Assist in identifying knowledge gaps, workflow challenges, or areas where retraining may be needed.
  • Partner with the Implementation team to maintain alignment on training timelines, readiness, and client progress.
  • Escalate concerns or risks to leadership as appropriate.

Product Knowledge
  • Maintain a strong understanding of IntusCare products, including navigation, workflows, and core functionality.
  • Stay current with product updates and enhancements to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
  • Collaborate with Product and other delivery teams to ensure feedback from training sessions is shared and understood.

Documentation & Process Adherence
  • Utilize standardized training materials and contribute feedback for continual improvement.
  • Document client training progress, attendance, and outstanding follow-up items.
  • Support the development of training guides, quick reference materials, and related client resources.
  • Participate in ongoing team process improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Implementation Consultants, Data Migration, Support, and Client Success teams to ensure continuity across client experience.
  • Participate in internal training sessions to deepen knowledge and support broader team success.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education/Training, Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in training, client education, customer success, or healthcare operations.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
  • Experience in healthcare, EMR/EHR systems, or PACE operations strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and client service skills.
  • Ability to travel for onsite training and go-live support at least 2 weeks per month.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Opportunity to work with a passionate and innovative team
  • Professional development and growth opportunities
  • Flexible work environment

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $95K-$105K. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
