Position Description:
CGI is seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Training Consultant professional to lead training and adoption initiatives for complex enterprise platforms, with a strong emphasis on translating technical functionality into practical business value.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in enterprise application training, customer enablement, or implementation consulting-ideally within healthcare payer or other highly regulated industries-and will excel at creating comprehensive learning assets, including instructor led curricula, webinars, videos, and user documentation. This role requires exceptional communication and presentation skills, the ability to rapidly master enterprise software, and close collaboration with cross functional technical and business SMEs to drive user adoption across internal teams and external clients.
This position is located Lafayette, LA, Raleigh, NC, Hartford, CT, or St. Louis, MO.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Lead training and user enablement initiatives for multiple enterprise applications by quickly becoming a subject matter expert and delivering high-quality learning experiences for both internal teams and external clients.
. Become the functional expert for multiple enterprise applications.
. Develop webinars, videos, user guides, and training curricula.
. Deliver live training for employees, clients, and implementation teams.
. Partner with business and technical SMEs to improve user adoption.
. Continuously enhance training content based on customer feedback.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
At least 7+ years in training, customer enablement, learning & development, implementation consulting, or enterprise application support.
. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
. Demonstrated experience creating instructor led training, webinars, eLearning, videos, and user documentation.
. Ability to rapidly learn complex enterprise software and translate functionality into practical business training.
. Experience delivering executive, customer, or enterprise-wide training programs.
. Healthcare Payer or other regulated industry experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
