The Opportunity
As a Financial Markets & Real Estate - Yardi Data Connect Senior Consultant, you will engage with clients to analyze their financial needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide strategic guidance to optimize their financial performance. Within our Assurance practice, you will be part of a team that specializes in finance consulting, focusing on enhancing decision-making and achieving financial goals for our clients.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the overall strategy and success of client engagements.

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
