The ideal candidate combines strong communication and consultative skills with hands-on technical expertise and thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. This position also works cross-functionally with implementation, customer success, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales through onboarding and long-term customer success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Translate customer goals and operational challenges into clear, value-driven, SaaS solutions.

  • Partner with Account Executives to support complex technical sales cycles and expansion opportunities.

  • Create and maintain technical sales materials including solution designs, integration documentation, security responses, and RFP content.

  • Serve as a technical advisor to stakeholders including IT teams, communication leaders, clerks, and executive leadership.

  • Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to support complex onboarding efforts, integrations, escalations, and technical health reviews.

  • Evaluate customer systems and workflows to identify integration opportunities across platforms such as CRM, SSO, AV/streaming, ERP, and agenda management systems.

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to scope customer requirements and provide structured feedback from the field.

  • Develop scalable enablement resources including demo environments, technical playbooks, integration patterns, and reusable solution assets.

  • Utilize AI-powered tools and coding assistants to accelerate solution design, technical research, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.

  • Proven experience supporting SaaS sales cycles including technical discovery, demos, solution design, and customer evaluations.

  • Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in modern web applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based architectures.

  • Experience working with technologies such as live streaming, conferencing platforms, webRTC, telephony, AV systems, or other real-time technologies is highly preferred.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience supporting customer-facing technical discussions including security reviews, RFP responses, and technical escalations.

  • Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants or technical productivity tools to improve workflow efficiency and problem solving.

  • Strong consultative and customer-first mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous challenges and deliver practical solutions.

  • Excellent organizational and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • GovTech, public-sector, accessibility, or government meeting software experience is a plus.
