Job Description

This is a full-time salaried position with Project Farma, a PerkinElmer company. The successful candidate will reside in one of Project Farma's primary markets and be willing to travel domestically to meet client project requests.

Project Farma's purpose is to improve patient lives by accelerating the delivery of life-changing therapies. The VP serves as a visible ambassador for Project Farma internally and externally, strengthening the company's reputation, shaping consulting capabilities, and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. To maintain deep client connectivity, lead by example, and ensure practical application of best practices, the Vice President is expected to remain actively engaged in client delivery, maintaining partial billability through direct project leadership, executive client engagement, project launches, and strategic delivery oversight. Through this balance of practice leadership and client execution, the VP ensures exceptional value delivery, sustainable business growth, and the continued evolution of Project Farma's project management capabilities.
