Abrigo isseekinga consultative, client-centric, and technically skilled Technical Account Management (TAM) Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor for financial institutions using our Sageworks Loan Origination solution. This position offers the opportunity to build strategic, long-term partnerships byprovidingproactive technical guidance, system optimization, and best practice recommendations.

The TAM Consultant will report to theDirector of Advisory Servicesand collaborate closely with Sales, Client Success, Implementation, Integration, Client Education, Project Management, and Support teams to help customers maximize the value of their investment and continuously improve their use of the system.This position will be based in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remotely.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a primary technical advisor and advocate for a dedicated set of clients, aligning configurations and system use with customer goals and evolving business needs.
  • Provide proactive, consultative guidance through regularly scheduled check-ins, ongoing analysis of systemutilization, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead recurring or one-time optimization engagements by conducting in-depth configuration and usage reviews and delivering actionable insights to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Monitorcustomer adoption and usage trends,identifyingrisks or opportunities for training, configuration changes, oradditionalservices.
  • Facilitatecommunication across internal Abrigo teams on behalf of customers to resolve issues, clarify roadmap items, and ensuretimelysupport and resolution.
  • Maintaina thorough knowledge of the Sageworks Loan Origination platform and remain up to date with new features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionallywith Sales, Product, Support, and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive value realization.
  • Help manage time allocation for recurring service tiers (e.g., 4 or 8 hours/month), tracking efforts to ensure meaningful engagement within scope.
  • Deliver insights gathered during optimization or recurring reviews back to internal teams to improve product design, documentation, and service offerings.
  • Travel up to 10% as needed for onsite optimizations or strategic planning sessions.

  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with software configuration or optimization
  • Experience working with financial institutions or in a banking/lending environment preferred
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and prioritize competing demands
