Job Description Summary:
The Training Consultant - Allergy leads standardized training sessions with light customization for small to medium, low-complexity practices, across both in-person and virtual formats. Provides go-live support to drive adoption and build user confidence. Reinforces learner proficiency, maintains accurate training records, and stays current on product updates and best practices to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead standardized training sessions with light customization for small to medium, low-complexity practices, across both in-person and virtual formats.
  • Lead go-live support (virtually or onsite) to drive adoption and build user confidence.
  • Deliver post-go-live assistance, addressing user questions and troubleshooting issues to reinforce adoption.
  • Assess learner proficiency and provide targeted reinforcement to ensure competency.
  • Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, learner feedback, and session details.
  • Stay current on software updates, industry best practices, and internal processes to ensure training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational standards.

Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree - preferred in healthcare, or related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in training, customer support, or healthcare/EHR environment
  • Experience in Allergy or similar field preferred
  • Experience supporting EHR/healthcare software go-lives or user adoption initiatives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Foundational facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually and the ability to engage diverse learner groups
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sound judgment in routine situations
  • Ability to adapt delivery style to learner needs and adjust to feedback in real time
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and provide basic product support, including some off-hours or weekend support as required
  • Willingness to travel 75-90% (including occasional weekends)
  • Strong consultative and empathetic communication style, fostering customer confidence and adoption
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional best practices
  • Knowledge of Apple and/or mobile devices (Mac, iPad, iPhone) in a business/training context
  • Proficiency with common business and training tools (e.g., Google Suite, Salesforce, Cloud Coach, AI tools or comparable systems)
