Gray Hawk Land Solutions is currently hiring a Title Abstractor Landman for an in-person position in Gallup, NM. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of conducting title research and providing accurate reports specifically for energy projects. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
This position requires a local presence for courthouse research and involves opportunities for per diem. Successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting our energy projects by ensuring thorough and accurate title examinations.   • A minimum of 5 years of experience in title or mineral research and excel in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
  • Have a proven track record in title research, courthouse record analysis, and mineral ownership verification
  • Must be local or willing to be in the Gallup, NM area to conduct in-person research at local courthouses. Per Diem is available.
  • Strong ability to meet specific daily and weekly deadlines based on internal and client requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience in New Mexico title preferred.
Responsibilities
