Job description

Do you have a strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in your work? EPI Power is hiring a Timekeeper for our data center project in Council Hill, OK. The Timekeeper is responsible for time management and attendance tracking of hourly employees. This role will maintain open communication between office and field personnel to ensure accurate pay and attendance tracking of hourly employees.
This role requires 58 hours per week Monday - Saturday. This role will support a data center project in Council Hill, OK that will last a minimum of 2 years. While the position is not guaranteed beyond the project's end, there is a possibility the project will be extended or for reassignment to another project upon completion.

What You'll Do:
  • Review and record hourly employee hours to ensure accurate and timely pay of hourly employees
  • Review and document approved time off requests for all site employees
  • Review and document call ins notifications from all site employees
  • Provide attendance reports to site supervision
  • Alert supervision when hourly attendance needs to be reviewed or addressed
  • Maintain crew assignments for field employees
  • Review and report site manpower counts to site supervision
  • Maintain Fatigue Management reports
  • Prepare and distribute daily force report

  • Experience:
    • Previous administrative experience is strongly preferred
    • Experience with basic accounting and invoicing is desired

  • Technology:
