NorthStar Services, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a detail-oriented Timekeeper to support a data center project located in Andrews, Texas.

This position is responsible for supporting project administrative functions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with workforce timekeeping activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

The Timekeeper will work on-site at the project field office and support project personnel throughout the duration of the project.

Project location is in Andrews, TX


  • Support project timekeeping activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with administrative functions within the project field office.
  • Maintain project documentation and files.
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, documents, and reports.
  • Communicate with project personnel regarding administrative and timekeeping-related matters.
  • Perform general office support duties as assigned.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and recordkeeping activities

  • 1–4 years of related administrative, office support, or timekeeping experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, & Adobe Acrobat/PDF.
  • Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week, based on project requirements.
