Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Temporary Recruiter to join our team and support a high-volume hiring initiative.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys sourcing, interviewing, and partnering with hiring managers to quickly fill critical positions across multiple business lines.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill, and high-volume roles across multiple disciplines and geographies.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, talent databases, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Draft and update job postings, offer letters, and other recruitment materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and alignment with team culture and company values.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and candidate communications throughout the process
  • Provide a professional and positive candidate experience, serving as a brand ambassador for the organization.
  • Collaborate with other recruiters and the Talent Acquisition CoE to support consistency in process, compliance, and use of recruiting technology.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); generate reports as needed.
  • Support employer branding, campus engagement, DEI hiring efforts, and job fair participation in collaboration with the TA CoE.
  • Meet aggressive hiring goals while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools; experience with Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse a plus.
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and recruitment compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach
  • Bilingual skills a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; some travel may be required for hiring events or meetings.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, construction materials testing, geotechnical, environmental, or field based positions

Travel Requirements
• This position does not require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. However, occasional
travel may be required, up to 10%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, or
company events. Travel, when necessary, will be communicated in advance and aligned with business
needs.
