Position : Technical Lead

Location : Sacramento, CA (ONSITE)

Overview
Seeking a Technical Lead to provide architecture, design, and technical leadership for IT initiatives. The TL will guide technical teams, ensure solution quality, and align system design with standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and architecture of enterprise applications and system integrations.
  • Provide technical oversight and mentoring to development and QA teams.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to DOJ, IEEE, and industry standards for design and development.
  • Conduct code reviews, system performance analysis, and technology evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in IT or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible IT technical experience, with at least 3 years as a lead.
  • Experience in system design, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and enterprise-level solution delivery.
  • Demonstrated leadership in government IT projects.
  • Hands-on expertise with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA), cloud-based technologies, and enterprise software.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Master s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years IT technical experience, with 5+ years in a technical lead role.
