Strong developer with the ability to be the technical lead on efforts. 
Must be proficient in Mainframe Cobol, JCL, VSAM, Changeman, Git/GitHub, ESP, z/OS Connect EE, Apigee & they need strong Java tech aptitude should be familiar with REST API and domain driven design concepts.
