Job description

Immediate need for a talented  Commercial Insurance (Required). This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote-EST Zone). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $19 - $19.28/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process insurance certificates/policy requests - Commercial Insurance lines
  • Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies
  • Data management
  • Data entry
  • Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques
  • Ability to work required schedule (Hour Unpaid Lunch) daily.
  • Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist Level 1
  • Will be working EST time zone from 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST Daily
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Prior experience in the commercial insurance industry will be helpful and considered first.
  • Interpreting client requirements and documents.
  • Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate well with clients, expert professionalism skills required.
  • Data Entry experience and attention to detail, with exceptional accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills required).
  • Ability to pivot between multiple applications.
  • Data management experience.
  • College degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED with Equivalent Experience
