Talent Development Coordinator
A leading financial services company is seeking an Talent Development Coordinator. This role will support early career talent initiatives across technical and business teams, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from onboarding through program completion.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics of early career programs, including interns and new graduates, from pre-start through program completion
  • Maintain accurate and organized program data, including reporting, tracking, and survey insights to support continuous improvement
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., recruiting, operations, IT, and program mentors) to ensure seamless program execution
  • Coordinate key program touchpoints such as onboarding, training sessions, mentorship experiences, events, and recognition initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the overall early career experience and contribute ideas for ongoing program improvements
  • Utilize modern tools and systems to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Support program branding elements, including materials, communications, and participant engagement initiatives
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation to support internal stakeholders and program participants

Requirements
  • ~2+ years of experience in program coordination, talent development, campus recruiting, HR operations, or a related field
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and detailed logistics simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy, organization, and reporting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and levels
  • Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to improve processes and programs
  • Experience working with early career or campus programs is a plus
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
