Job description

Supports the design and delivery of high quality, human-centered talent development solutions for Reimagine Talent partners. The role supports full-end client engagement: discovery and needs assessment, contribute to solution and program design, and facilitate engaging learning experiences that turn insight into practical action.

  • Contribute to the design of talent development solutions aligned to partner goals, using established Reimagine Talent frameworks and methodologies
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences for people leaders, professionals, and human capital practitioners in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Support discovery and assessment efforts across partner organizations, including interviews, focus groups, survey development and review, and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data.
    • Translate insights into practical recommendations and implementation plans, supporting senior team members in preparing client-ready materials and readouts
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure high-quality deliver, strong communication, and a seamless partner experience
  • Contribute to Reimagine Talent's thought leadership by developing 2-3 high-quality knowledge assets each month, including research summaries, articles, email blogs, LinkedIn newsletters, tip sheets, and other content that advances the firm's expertise and visibility
