You'll collaborate with HR professionals and business leaders, using data-driven insights and creative sourcing strategies to attract the best. How You'll Make an ImpactPartner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Use market data and insights to inform sourcing decisions.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
Promote Hitachi Energy's employer brand across sourcing channels.
Bachelor's degree and 3-8 years of sourcing experience, or 6+ years without a degree.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Extensive experience in sourcing for Field Service Engineers, Field Service Technicians, and Service Business Development Managers in the power and energy industry.
Familiarity with U.S. hiring regulations (OFCCP, DOL).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
