The Opportunity

Hitachi Energy is seeking a highly motivated Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary contract basis. This role is focused on sourcing, screening, and talent pipeline development. The Talent Partner will work closely with hiring managers, and business leaders to identify, engage, and assess top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys proactive talent identification, candidate engagement, and building strong talent pipelines in a fast-paced, global organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified active and passive candidates.

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and other sourcing channels to attract talent.

  • Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate assessments against defined job requirements.

  • Lead phone and virtual screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and interest levels.

  • Present qualified candidates with detailed screening summaries and recommendations.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Provide market intelligence and talent availability insights to recruiting teams and hiring managers.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.

  • Strong experience conducting candidate screening interviews and evaluating talent.

  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates across multiple functions and industries.

  • Experience using ATS and sourcing technologies such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiredScore, Paradox, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a distributed team environment.
