  • Coordinate vendors, facilitators, budgets, materials, and documentation to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Maintain governance through milestone tracking, issue resolution, documentation, and compliance with internal controls and data privacy requirements.
  • Monitor program metrics and feedback, prepare recommendations for HR leadership, and drive completion of key actions.

     2. Skill Building Design and Delivery

  • Help shape talent and organizational development strategy, including succession, employee development, retention, and capability building.

  • Leverage internal HR and business leaders to deliver talent development programming where appropriate, increasing business relevance and shared ownership.

     3.  Continuous Improvement / Process Excellence:

  • Maintain and improve talent development resources, tools, and content to keep materials current, organized, and aligned to business needs.
  • Manage learning and assessment partners, including contracts, budgets, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to execute priorities, improve efficiency, standardize processes, and strengthen the operating rhythm for talent development.
