The Talant Development Coordinator manages the Learning Management System (LMS), maintains training records and assignments as well as responds to employee inquiries. This position compiles data for training reports, coordinates logistics for onsite and virtual workshops, and works to support completion of employee training across the organization.

The Talent Development Coordinator assists in creating job aids, instructional videos, and other learning resources in response to business requests. This role maintains the Talent Development SharePoint webpage and the SuccessFactors learning page. The Talent Development Coordinator creates monthly learning themes using LinkedIn Learning resources, designs promotional materials, and conducts research to support learning initiatives. This position supports effective delivery and coordination of learning and development efforts.

What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)
  • Create, assign, and track all learning history, training records, assignment profiles, and requirements in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Manage the team's email inbox; track inquiries, route inquiries to appropriate point of contact, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Collect and analyze learning data to create training reports and data visualizations to support organization KPI's.
  • Coordinate logistics related to onsite and in-person training activities which includes leadership programs.
  • Set up and manage user enrollments, scheduling, logistics, and notifications for workshops.
  • Respond to employee questions related to workshops and the LMS, including technical support.
  • Serve as video producer for internal online virtual workshops.
  • Collaborate with other business units to assign additional training for employees including annual compliance materials.
  • Create job aids, instructional videos, and other learning resources to support business requests.
  • Maintain and update the Talent Development web page with relevant content.
  • Create and showcase monthly learning themes using LinkedIn Learning content and supporting resources.
  • Conduct research on various topics and gather relevant resources to support Talent Development initiatives.
  • Work with third-party vendors including contract and invoice processing.
  • Perform other duties as needed. 
What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 2+ years of experience using and supporting an LMS, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • 1+ years of experience in adult education, corporate training, leadership development, or facilitation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of content providers (LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Open Sesame).
  • Design experience of job aids, instructional videos, infographics, slide decks, and other learning resources.
  • Video production and editing experience (Camtasia, SnagIt, Synthesia).
  • Experience working with third party vendors and invoice processing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing short term and long-term needs using project management skills.
  • High attention to detail when working with several data sets.  
  • Building and maintaining internal and external relationships with customer service skills to support employees.
