Talent Acquisition Associate (Entry Level)

Position Overview
We are seeking Entry Level Talent Acquisition Associates who may be looking to start their career in TA, or someone who is looking to make a career change. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, reveneue generating environment. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while driving revenue through strategic business development and successful placements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing talent
  • Generate revenue through contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterlyrevenue targets
  • Utilize CRM/ATS systems to track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and ai technology
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

Qualifications
  • 0-2years of experience in staffing, recruiting,sales, retail, or restaurant (server/bartender)environment
  • Experience speaking with customers, vendors, etc. either face to face or over the phone
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, metrics-driven setting
  • Proficiency/knowledge ofsourcing platforms (Indeed, AI Tools, job boards, etc.)
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
