Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Assistant - Human Resources
Genesis Global Group is a consortium of vertically integrated companies, with a mission of improving patient's care through cross linking our expertise, dedication, and vision in the fields of drug discovery, personalized and tailored clinical diagnostics, and through the development, manufacturing and distribution of unique biotechnology-based products.
Genesis Global Group is currently hiring for a Full-Time Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Assistant - Human Resources to join our team in our corporate office in Hamilton, NJ.
Job Duties:
Provide general recruitment support, including:
  • Posting job ads on external sites
  • Sourcing and screening resumes
  • Phone screening candidates
  • Scheduling interviews, when assigned
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires including new paperwork and completing the E-Verify process
  • Preparing new hire gifts
  • Coordinating college relations including Career Fairs, Internship Program, and networking
  • Researching and suggesting new recruitment sources
  • Assist with special events and projects, as assigned
  • Other related duties as required

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in English language (oral and written) required
  • 1-2 years Human Resources or recruiting experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must maintain confidentiality regarding all information handled
  • Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented
