Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Compensation

  • A new Sales Representative can expect to make $55k - $60k in their first year with us.
  • OTE After Training: $75K–$90K (Year 1) | $90K–$110K (Year 2)
  • Monthly & quarterly performance incentives

This is a phone-based role focused on connecting with interested professionals, qualifying conversations, and setting appointments for senior consultants.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with decision makers in the Finance industry
  • Engage Financial Advisors in structured, meaningful conversation to qualify interest and set appointments
  • Network & generate connectivity through warm, outbound outreach
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with interested prospects
  • Partner with senior consultants to support firm growth
