  • Support hiring across technical support, data center, IT operations, infrastructure, customer support, and related roles.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open requisitions at various stages while maintaining speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, must-have skills, location-specific needs, and hiring timelines.
  • Provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders, including pipeline health, candidate activity, bottlenecks, and recommended next steps.
  • Maintain strong process discipline to ensure roles move efficiently through each stage of the recruiting lifecycle.

Sourcing & Pipeline Development Description

  • Build diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, resume databases, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, community networks, technical schools, and other sourcing channels.
  • Use sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, targeted outreach, talent mapping, and competitor research to identify qualified candidates.
  • Screen candidates for role fit, technical aptitude, schedule/location requirements, compensation alignment, and overall readiness.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity in the ATS.

Hiring Manager & Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience for hiring managers by being responsive, prepared, consultative, and transparent.
  • Build trust with hiring teams through clear communication, strong follow-through, and a customer-service mindset.
  • Ensure candidates receive timely, professional, and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Help reinforce structured recruiting practices, including clear intake alignment, calibrated candidate screening, timely feedback, and consistent process execution.
  • Represent the company's employment brand with professionalism, warmth, and credibility.

Process, Systems & Change Agility

  • Maintain clean, accurate, and compliant data in the ATS, including candidate status, interview activity, notes, and disposition reasons.
  • Adapt quickly as workflows, systems, processes, locations, and business needs evolve.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, increase efficiency, reduce friction, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and other team members across the People & Culture function to support stabilization of new tools, workflows, and recruiting practices.
  • Follow applicable employment laws, company policies, EEO guidelines, and compliance expectations throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Assist with TA Enablement duties such as coordinating scheduling.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years recruiting experience in high volume recruiting environments.
  • 1 year experience with sourcing, including experience with LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, Boolean search, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Experience sourcing passive technical talent and building recurring talent pipelines
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate records and follow process expectations.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and evolving priorities.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
