About the Role
As a Strategic Talent Sourcing Partner, you will be using your innovative and analytic skills to develop strategies to attract, engage and recruit top talent. You will be responsible for building strategic and tactical sourcing strategies, managing talent pipeline development, and positioning Sierra Space as an employer of choice across all hiring disciplines, applicant pools and hiring locations. You will regularly partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to ensure alignment of sourcing resources and priorities to business needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about the candidate experience and building an employer brand that will appeal to a diverse set of best qualified candidates.
This role requires conducting thorough screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their fit for open positions, as well as coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) is essential, along with providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
  • Typically 2+ years of related experience.
  • Possesses recruiting knowledge and basic understanding of business groups operations and basic knowledge of overall recruiting strategies.
  • Able to correlate manager recruiting needs into sourcing an effective talent pipeline.
  • Ability to promote strategic ideas and works closely with business leadership to impact talent strategies and recruiting processes based on business demand.
  • Experience using social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • 1+ yrs experience with Workday recruiting software
  • Aerospace and Defense industry experience
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
