Career Opportunity: Manager of Human Resources
Location: North of the Wake Forest Area
Salary Range: $100–$115,000+
(Based on experience, education, and overall skill set)

We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Human Resources to join a dynamic organization located north of the Durham area. This leadership role is critical to the success of the company’s people strategy and overall organizational development.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HR policy development, and compliance. You will work closely with leadership to build and maintain a strong company culture that attracts and retains top talent while supporting business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the human resources function.
  • Drive talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Implement effective talent management and development strategies.
  • Promote and maintain a positive company culture and strong employee relations.
  • Administer employee benefit programs.
  • Oversee performance management systems and support training initiatives.
