How You'll Make an Impact
  • Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Use market data and insights to inform sourcing decisions.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.

  • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.

  • Promote Hitachi Energy's employer brand across sourcing channels.

  • Proactively identify and attract top frontline talent through creative sourcing channels, job boards, trade school partnerships, and unconventional methods (e.g., grassroots outreach, community events, or on-the-ground networking)
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-8 years of sourcing experience, or 6+ years without a degree.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • Extensive experience in sourcing for Field Service Engineers, Field Service Technicians, and Service Business Development Managers in the power and energy industry.

  • Familiarity with U.S. hiring regulations (OFCCP, DOL).

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
