We provide services to individuals, families, and couples of all ages. We are a growing practice with goals to expand and provide additional services (i.e. groups) to the community. Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an Associate-Licensed Therapist with a passion for working with people. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, curious, collaborative, and excited to grow their clinical identity while working toward full licensure in a supportive, affirming environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person and virtual therapy to children, couples, and/or individuals in a confidential and professional setting.
  • Deliver developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed care using evidence -based or emerging modalities.
  • Maintain a caseload of ~ 15 direct service hours/week
  • Collaborate with caregivers to support treatment goals and continuity of care
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with schools, medical providers, and other professionals as appropriate.
  • Engage in community presence, including optional participation in local or online social media groups.
  • Share office space and work collaboratively within a hybrid team environment.

  • Clinical supervision is provided by licensed supervisors at no cost
  • Ongoing guidance, feedback, and professional development support
  • A non-judgmental environment where you're encouraged to communicate your strengths, challenges, and needs.
  • Space to explore clinical interests, modalities, and long-term career goals

Skills, Experience, Education, & Licensure Requirements

  • Associate licensure in one of the following:
    • LMFTA
    • LSW
    • LMHCA
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A genuine interest in child & adolescent therapy.
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical judgement skills
  • Openness to feedback, supervision, and ongoing learning
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Alignment with affirming values, including being an ally to LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, BIPOC, and marginalized communities.
