Job description

East Ridge Village is seeking a Social Worker Assistant for a nursing facility.

The Social Worker Assistant is responsible for acting as a liaison and representative of the residents’ social interests and assisting in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and aiding the Social Worker.

Qualifications of Social Worker Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.
  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
