Location: Indiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an Indiana Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services in a remote telehealth setting. You will work directly with clients who are seeking help for emotional stress, mental health symptoms, difficult relationships, loss, trauma, or life changes.

This role requires strong clinical skills, steady documentation habits, and the ability to make virtual sessions feel focused and professional. You will help clients understand their concerns, set realistic goals, and move through treatment with clear guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one therapy to clients through a secure remote platform.
  • Learn each client's story, what brought them to therapy, and what they hope will feel different over time.
  • Complete assessments that help shape a clear picture of the client's needs and treatment direction.
  • Build care plans that are clinically appropriate without feeling cookie-cutter.
  • Help clients work through emotional stress, difficult relationships, loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and major changes.
  • Offer practical coping strategies clients can apply between sessions.
  • Keep documentation current, accurate, and aligned with clinical requirements.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active Indiana Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in good standing.
